Eligibility for Refunds

You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • Service Dissatisfaction: If you are dissatisfied with the service, unless you received a free trial period.
  • Technical Issues: When technical difficulties arise that prevent you from using the service, and these issues cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: In cases where you have been incorrectly billed or charged.

Refund Timeframes

  • Initial Trial Period: You will not be charged during the trial period of a subscription, therefore no refund is available.
  • Service Downtime: Refund requests due to service unavailability must be made within 14 days of the incident.
  • Billing Errors: Requests regarding billing errors should be made within 30 days from the date the error occurred.

Prorated Refunds

For annual subscriptions, refunds will be prorated based on the unused portion of the service if the cancellation is made after the initial trial period. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable but can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges.
