Offline

Some app functionality depends on the Feed Ranger Cloud. If elements of the Feed Ranger Cloud experience an unplanned outage, and become unavailable, you may come across The Offline Page.

The Offline Page is actually kinda cool. It automatically checks the cloud for connectivity over and over using exponential backoff! That is, it starts with more frequent attempts and gradually waits longer with each failed retry. You can’t wait to check again, click the Retry Now button instead. Alternatively, if you’re happy to try again later, you can click Cancel Retry to stop the automatic retries.
